Jennifer Barys leads finance at Rucker Investments, a dynamic family office with a portfolio spanning commercial real estate and distressed operating businesses. She played a foundational role in building the company’s internal team and has been instrumental in guiding and restructuring distressed entities, including key human resources components. With a strong foundation in financial analysis, Jennifer drives strategic growth, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation while fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment.

Richard Burke, Healthcare Consultant, Former President & CEO, Fallon Health
Richard Burke served as President and CEO of Fallon Health for eight years, capping a 25-year career with the organization, which employed more than 1,000 people during his tenure. Known for his mission-driven leadership, Richard expanded key government-sponsored programs and helped make Fallon’s PACE program the largest in New England. Since retiring in 2024, he advises healthcare companies and remains active in public and community service, serving on various boards across the Worcester region.

Jay Cahill, Founder, Holios
 
Jay Cahill is the founder and CEO of Holios, a data intelligence platform serving connected product companies. With deep experience leading high-growth teams and multiple startup exits, Jay brings a practical, founder-focused perspective on scaling organizations, attracting top talent, and building collaborative cultures. His leadership style is rooted in execution, innovation, and building resilient teams from the ground up.

Annette Tonti, Managing Director, RIHub 
Annette Tonti leads RIHub, Rhode Island and Southeastern New England’s Innovation Hub, where she helps early-stage startups access mentorship, programs, and funding. Over her 20-year career, she has founded three high-tech startups, raised over $30 million, and pioneered advancements in mobile platforms and SaaS solutions. Annette’s career includes leading global innovation programs and driving AI-powered startup scouting for Fortune 1000 companies.
